Weight Training

If weight training is your thing, look no further!

At MyGym we have over 5000kg of bumper plates and over 20 barbells of different types. Weightlifting bars, EZ bars, Strongman Logs, Safety Squat bars, Hex bars, tricep bars and a landmine press. We’re the best equipped gym in Stockport.

Our dumbbells go from 2.5kg up to 50kg.

We have kettlebells from 5kg to 40kg.

These are complimented by a cable machine, a lat pulldown, a leg extension, a pendulum squat machine, a GHD, 12 adjustable benches, a several individual cable sections.

In our machines section we have a chest press, leg press, leg extension and leg curl and a cable crossover.

Cardio and Conditioning

At MyGym, we see cardio a little differently. Unlike most commercial gyms with row upon row of cross trainers, we’ve taken a more interesting approach.

We have 4 treadmills, 4 air bikes, 4 rowing machines, 2 ski ergs, 2 stair climbers, a spin bike and a Trixter stationary mountain bike. It’s quite unlike any other Stockport gym.

But that’s not all…

We have 100 square metres of turf where you can push one of our 3 prowlers, do sprints, flip tyres, use battle ropes and perform circuits.

You’ll never look at cardio the same away again!
