In my 20+ years in the industry, I’m yet to find a commercial facility with anywhere close to the range of equipment we have at MyGym Hazel Grove.

It’s completely different from a commercial gym, where you’re usually surrounded by rows of fixed machines and left to figure it out yourself. It’s also different from a bodybuilding gym, which is typically focused on building as much muscle as possible and chasing a certain aesthetic. In a bodybuilding gym, you’re very unlikely to see a lot of squat racks like we have. You’ll almost certainly not see prowlers, battle ropes, maces and the like.
