Hi, my name is Lee. Little background history on me. I have always been into fitness and sports. Attempting many sports as a child, but racing motorbikes was the one. I So from the age of 11 I started to be aware of fitness and training. Through racing came my injury which led me to getting a personal trainer. It was after that when I realised I enjoyed the gym and wanted to help others feel good about themselves.
